EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s any DisciplineRELEVANT EXPERIENCE 2 to 3 years operations experience, Japanese Language proficiency is a MUST (N3 Level) Excellent organisational skills, process oriented and a strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate at all levels High degree of influencing skills across peer group and more senior levels High energy, ability to work independently and work effectively within a teamPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS Self-starter, motivated with strong delivery focus; leads by example Demonstrate the ability to drive continuous improvement working collaboratively with the wider HR community across Europe Region.
