Job Role:Senior Flutter Developer Experience:+4 years of experience in Flutter Development Salary:INR 80,000 - 1,20,000/month (Based on experience) Location:Remote Working Hours:7 PM - 4 AM IST Working Days:5.5 daysThe ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions. Ensure seamless integration of Firebase services for authentication, storage, and analytics. Troubleshoot issues related to app performance, bugs, and compatibility across various devices.Requirements Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter. Proficiency in Dart programming language and hands-on experience with Flutter framework. Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, MobX). Previous experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers. Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and critically. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. A portfolio of previous Flutter projects is a plus.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
