We are well funded, and based in Mumbai.Role Summary: As our Operations Manager, you will coordinate cross-team communication, ensure everyone is updated on product developments, track and fill operational gaps, and problem-solve across business functions. You’ll work closely with the founders and all teams (Product, Content, Tech, Growth) to streamline operations and foster a culture of clarity and agility.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate cross-team communication and information flow using Trello+Notion. Own and improve systems for status updates, process documentation, and operational transparency. Identify operational gaps—whether in workflow, staffing, or process—and take proactive steps to close them. Assist with project management across departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth handovers. Be the first responder for problem-solving across day-to-day challenges, ambiguity, or new initiatives. Regularly update the team on key product changes, priorities, and launch plans. Develop and report on KPIs related to cross-team efficiency and operational health. Support founders with special projects and ad-hoc operational needs.Required Skills & Experience 2–6 years working in operations, project management, or cross-functional startup roles. Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple teams and keep everyone aligned. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools. Self-motivated and passionate about startups. Expect 60 hours work week. High adaptability and a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and process improvement experience. Ability to identify issues before they become blockers and drive solutions independently. Resourceful, execution-oriented, and a passion for continuous improvement.Nice-to-Have: Experience in content/media, or app-based startups. Exposure to HR, hiring coordination, or basic financial operations.
