Our mission is to help people improve their gut health through delicious and innovative products.Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who can think like a strategist and execute like a pro.From brainstorming ad angles to improving customer unboxing experiences, you’ll be at the heart of how Gutbasket connects with its audience.What You’ll Do 1. Ad Creative & Campaign DevelopmentScript and conceptualize new ad ideas for Meta, Google, and other platforms.Spot trends and create brand-appropriate content hooks.Work with UGC creators and video editors to produce high-converting ads.2. Brand Experience & Customer DelightPlan and design packaging inserts, thank-you notes, and product guides.Draft copy and coordinate with designers to bring them to life.Improve the post-purchase journey to increase repeat orders and brand love.3. Creative Team & Vendor CoordinationHire and manage freelance designers from platforms like Upwork.Coordinate with UGC agencies for content delivery.Work closely with video editors to ensure brand consistency and timelines.What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or creative strategy (preferably in D2C / FMCG / wellness).Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.Understanding of ad creatives and social media trends.Experience working with freelance talent or agencies.Excellent communication and project management skills.Bonus Points If You Have Prior experience scripting short-form videos or ad campaigns.Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.Interest in food, health, or wellness.Perks of Working with Us Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects.Flexible work environment.Be part of a growing D2C wellness brand with room to experiment and innovate.
