Position: Business Head of State (Branch Manager)Reports To: Zonal Business HeadDepartment: Sales & MarketingPurposeAchieve growth and sales targets by effectively managing branch sales operations and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute annual sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.Drive revenue growth across all product categories and channels.Manage budgets, resources, and expansion activities.Oversee daily sales operations, including key customer accounts.Collect market intelligence and recommend product & pricing actions.Build, train, and retain a high-performance team.Strengthen customer and partner relationships.Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and reporting.Implement national directives and drive continuous improvement.Experience & QualificationsExperience: multi-channel sales, branch operations, and team management.Industry Preferred: Consumer Durables, Tires, Paints, FMCG, Telecom.Qualification: MBA from reputed institutes.Profile: Stable career history, willing to travel and relocate.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical: Sales planning, budgeting, analytics, Excel & PowerPoint.Functional: Market understanding, B2B/B2C operations, distribution, customer relationships.Business: P&L management, financial reporting, cost control.People: Leadership, team management, coaching, communication, conflict resolution.Preferred: Social selling, digital tools, marketing essentials.Interested candidates can share their resume at this email address- RegardsRajni MehraTA Manager
