You will be responsible for zonal-level strategy, team performance, business expansion, market development, and key stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Zonal Sales Leadership:Own the zonal P&L and drive sales and business objectives across all reporting regions.Team Management:Lead a team of Regional Business Managers; indirectly manage ABMs and BEs. Ensure performance, development, and succession planning.Strategic Execution:Implement business strategies at a zonal level aligned with corporate goals; ensure regional adaptation and execution.Market Expansion:Identify and penetrate potential markets across the zone. Facilitate new product launches and drive adoption.Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), stockists, channel partners, and large hospital chains across regions.Business Hygiene & Compliance:Oversee collections, minimize expiry/breakage, and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance norms.Recruitment & Training:Lead recruitment for RBM and below roles. Facilitate zonal-level training, onboarding, and capability building.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and HR teams to enable seamless execution across the zone.Performance Monitoring:Review zonal sales trends, competitor activities, and field metrics.
