(Six Sigma, LSS, Certifications)Plan and control revenue expenditures.Keep track of machinery conditions and suggest suitable replacements, modifications, investments, in terms of both revenue and Capex.Review work assignments periodically and revise them.Ensure local regularity compliance to the local legislation for environmental and operational practices in Production are met.In consultation with the MFG Director ensure relevant operational targets are set and supported by a dynamic action plan that underpins the key result areas.Delivery of the company agreed manufacturing targets for productivity, quality and lead time through continual improvement of the manufacturing process and development of the team.Ensure cost control with action plans maintained to minimise waste across the plant.
