About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Greenfield Project in Sitarampur , supporting end-to-end HR operations at our large-scale manufacturing facility in Rangareddy, Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of 5000+ employees at the greenfield solar manufacturing site. Ensure compliance with labour laws , CLRA , and liaise with Labour and Factories Departments . Handle statutory inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements efficiently. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for large-scale operations. Implement and strengthen employee engagement, welfare, and industrial relations strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business growth and operational needs. Qualifications: MBA in HR / IR or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations. Minimum 10+ years of HR experience in core manufacturing sectors , preferably with greenfield project exposure. Required Skills: Strong background in core manufacturing HR operations. Hands-on experience in labour law compliance , including CLRA, and liaison with government bodies. Proven ability to manage and engage large teams in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in handling inspections, audits, and regulatory frameworks. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the solar energy or renewable manufacturing industry. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management , and communication skills.
