Position Manager Operations Location Ahmedabad Job description Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company Aware about operational knowledge of all 4 products OCEAN EXPORT/IMPORT & AIR EXPORT/IMPORT Develop, implement, and maintain quality protocols Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget Involve in solving issues at escalation levels Regular checkpoints to be done at all operational level Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments Managing all export and import shipments Dealing with shippers / consignees requirements Dealing with truckers and customs clearance brokers Dealing with agents worldwide Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently. Good relation with shipping Lines Able to Build new team of operation Tracking DSR and preparing Managerial reports as per the company requirement
