Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years preferred Start Date: Immediate Hydra Kombucha is looking for a Brand Strategist & Content Executive to help shape how we show up in the world - across Instagram, partnerships, packaging, and every digital touchpoint. We’re a young, fast-growing craft kombucha brand with a strong personality and a loyal audience. This role blends two core needs: strategic thinking to guide the brand, and hands-on execution to bring it to life. You’ll work closely with the founders and our creative team to build a brand that’s thoughtful, playful, and memorable. What you’ll do: Brand Strategy Define and evolve our brand voice, values, and visual identity Develop story arcs and campaign ideas that bring our brand to life Ensure consistency across packaging, partnerships, events, and online content Keep Hydra culturally relevant - without chasing trends blindly Content Execution Plan and manage the social content calendar Write clever, educational, and on-brand captions, posts, and scripts Work with marketing to align storytelling with launches, drops, and goals Analyze what’s working and iterate based on performance You might be a good fit if: You’ve managed social media and/or brand content for a consumer brand You’re an excellent writer with a sharp understanding of tone and narrative You’re plugged into internet culture but think beyond trends You love building brands - not just posting content You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any similar design software to collaborate and make quick edits You have experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar to create or guide basic short-form video content Bonus if: You’ve worked with F&B, D2C, or lifestyle brands You have experience across multiple channels - social, email, web, packaging You’re based in Hyderabad You are a content creator and run your own personal page.
