Job Details Designation: Group Leader Location: Hyderabad Process Type: Non-Voice Process Work Schedule 5 working days per week 24x7 rotational shifts Eligibility Criteria Highest Qualification: Graduation (mandatory) Benefits Both-way cab facility available Meals provided Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager with a strong background in the Geographical Information System (GIS) and Mapping domain . The ideal candidate will lead large-scale operations, drive customer satisfaction, enhance team engagement, and contribute to strategic business goals. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale GIS/mapping programs to meet organizational goals and objectives. Provide direction, mentorship, and support to managers and team leads to ensure high team performance. Drive initiatives to maximize customer experience while optimizing operational costs . Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic goals aligned with the company’s vision. Monitor and improve the performance of line managers and coach them regularly. Identify training needs and support training initiatives across the team. Work closely with support functions and act as a liaison to ensure smooth business operations. Manage day-to-day operations of a team of 250+ analysts. Responsible for service delivery across voice/semi-voice processes and adherence to SLAs. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in the mapping domain . At least 18 months of experience in the GIS domain . Strong conflict management and team coaching capabilities. Experience in Workforce Management , Quality tools , and Service Delivery . High proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical , logical , and decision-making skills . Comfortable working in shift-based environments as per business needs. Training & Development: Candidates selected for this role will be trained on: Internal systems and tools related to GIS and Mapping operations. Advanced Workforce and Quality Management tools.
