About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Admissions Executive who can guide parents through the admission process for our coding and tech education programs for kids. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, understands parents' concerns, and wants to contribute to a fast-growing EdTech startup.Location: Siliguri (Hybrid – 3-4 days/week in-office)CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentives after probationTimings: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM---Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing and social media- Consult parents, understand their child’s learning needs, and guide them to the right course- Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into admissions- Maintain records of all calls, follow-ups, and statuses in tracking sheets- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of students- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets post training - Take ownership of the full admissions journey---Who Can Apply:- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech/Telecalling/Admissions background preferred)- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (Nepali is a bonus)- Confident, empathetic, and persuasive on calls- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic tracking tools- Business mindset and hunger to grow in a fast-paced environment- Must be based in Siliguri or willing to work from the office 3–4 days/week---Perks:- Fixed salary + incentives based on performance (post probation)- Full training and script support- Opportunity to grow in a leadership role as we scale- Work in a dynamic and passionate team that’s shaping the future of tech education for kids
