Role Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java & JavaScript Trainer for a full-time on-site role at our Chennai office. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in Java, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js to students in both Tamil and English. Knowledge of Python will be considered an added advantage. You will be conducting training for 6 hours per day, engaging learners with real-world project-based instruction, and supporting them in becoming industry-ready full stack developers. Responsibilities Deliver structured and interactive training sessions in Java, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js Use bilingual instruction (Tamil & English) to enhance comprehension and learning Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and mini-projects Continuously assess student progress and provide feedback Design assignments, quizzes, and final evaluations Stay updated with industry trends and upgrade training materials accordingly Support students with career guidance and interview preparation Qualifications Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js (Full Stack) Ability to teach in both Tamil and English Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring students (preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and helping others grow Knowledge of Python is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fields Work Location & Timing Location: On-site at Vista Tech, Chennai Working Hours: 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
