Location: Pune/ Bengaluru/ Hyderabad Experience: 5–10 Years Preferred Background: IPC firms with Industrial & Logistics client base Role Summary: As a Real Estate Broker, you will manage end-to-end real estate transactions across industrial and warehousing sectors. The role includes client servicing, market analysis, deal negotiation, legal compliance, and maintaining strong industry networks. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Source new business via research, networking, and strategic outreach. Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and property values. Market properties through effective strategies and compelling listings. Organize property inspections and mediate between buyers/sellers. Negotiate transactions to secure favorable terms. Ensure compliance and manage documentation/contracts. Build and maintain a strong partner and stakeholder network. Conduct market mapping and provide regular business updates. Represent the organization at forums and industry events. Key Skills: Lead generation and client acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Market insight and analytical thinking. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Capable of handling all stages of the sales cycle. Eligibility: Postgraduate with 5–15 years’ experience in leasing & transaction management. Exposure to industrial and warehousing clusters (Pune/Bengaluru/ Hyderabad). Prior experience in IPC firms preferred. Strong communication and existing client relationships in I&L segment.
