Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo CRM Business Analyst located in Gurgaon. As an Odoo CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo CRM system, and providing support to ensure the system operates efficiently. Your daily tasks will include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Odoo CRM modules, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user training and support. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and optimize business processes. Qualifications Strong understanding of Odoo CRM system and its functionalities Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation Skills in configuring and customizing Odoo modules Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support Ability to train end-users and create user documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field Experience working in the CRM domain is a plus
