Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain all demo systems and environments to ensure readiness and accuracy for customer presentations. • Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively demonstrate product capabilities to potential clients. • Actively participate in the sales cycle to provide technical insights and product knowledge support. • Contribute to development and testing activities on the technical front. • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, white papers, and product briefs. • Support sales enablement initiatives including preparation of tools, decks, and data sheets. • Stay updated with product developments and ensure demo systems reflect the latest features and use cases. • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Skills: • Strong understanding of technology products and the ability to communicate technical details clearly. • Experience working with demo environments or technical sales support is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
