Must have: Digital Signage 8 to 10 years of experience on Digital Signage Technology Understanding of leading Digital Signage/ Signage Players (onprem/cloud) Understand and support the integration of Digital Signage Architecture Hands on experience on Appspace, Seenspire, Korbyt (Preferable), Zoom & Cisco WebEx Digital Signage technologies Experience in Design & layout digital content as per business needs Installing, configuration and maintenance of various players like,SDA, Brightsign and Cisco DMP etc. Understanding of registering new endpoints, updating firmware, managing device networks, and add/remove users and user groups Validate, review, and manage system configurations, user access, device configuration and SaaS controls Partner with vendors to manage technology vendor relationships Manage & support Zoom, Appspace content producer and user roles in tenant Script and automate repeatable tasks administered through the signage platform Code development in HTML 5 and Java Script, defining hardware & software standards for Digital Signage Understanding of Archiving media, categorization of content & generating and making playlists available Provision Digital Signage end points including registration on remote management systems Basic understanding of networking like VLAN, NAT, Subnet, DNS, DHCP, etc. Addition and removal of content Managing the access request and providing training to new users. Proactive monitoring for media players & daily health check for Content management server and other Digital Signage servers. RMA for faulty player and Screens.
