Role Overview We are seeking a Backend Software Developer (Node.JS) who is passionate about delivering business impact through code. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery —from understanding requirements to production deployment—while working in an agile, fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle — development, testing, deployment, and support. Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges with innovative solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team. Contribute to and enhance Agile and DevOps best practices. Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in Node.js with the Koa framework and TypeScript . Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms . Full stack development capability preferred. Experience with JavaScript and/or Java (TypeScript is a plus). Familiarity with version control , testing frameworks , and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in Node.JS .
