We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to drive storytelling and brand expression through motion. From brand films to snackable reels, you’ll craft content that informs, excites, and converts. Key Responsibilities Ideate and execute motion content for digital, brand, and performance campaigns Animate graphics, type, transitions, and mixed-media elements Build brand motion systems and reusable design assets/templates Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative leads Stay updated on content formats, design trends, and platform styles Manage timelines while maintaining output quality and originality Requirements 3–6 years of experience in motion/content roles (agency or brand-led) Portfolio with brand films, reels, animations, and mixed media storytelling Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Blender or C4D is a bonus Strong understanding of motion rhythm, pacing, and transitions Ability to simplify complex concepts through clear visuals Good to Have Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Sora, or Pika Exposure to D2C Understanding of how audio, design, and narrative come together Interest in building design systems for scalable content Experience mentoring junior talent or leading small teams
