Vertical Setup & Growth Launch Dot&’s Data Analytics services offering, including service scope, delivery framework, and go-to-market coordination. Define the operating model in close collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership. Client Ownership (UAE-facing) Act as the lead point of contact for all data analytics clients in the UAE. Understand client needs, propose tailored analytics solutions, and ensure trust and consistent follow-through. Delivery Team Building (India) Recruit, train, and lead a strong backend analytics team in India. Establish SOPs for data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Service Offering Execution Coordinate delivery of analytics projects, including business intelligence dashboards, predictive modelling, and data-driven strategy reports. Ensure each engagement meets quality standards, client timelines, and data security requirements. Process & Quality Ownership Build robust data governance practices with an emphasis on accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Drive continuous improvement through internal reviews, feedback loops, and process optimization. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with Marcom, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to build a scalable support ecosystem for the analytics vertical. Support other business units with data insights to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.
