Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for DealConverter CRM. You’ll play a key role in increasing adoption of our platform across small and medium businesses. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media. Conduct product demos (online/offline) to showcase the benefits of DealConverter CRM. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Understand client needs and recommend the right CRM solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and market trends. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar sales role (preferably SaaS or CRM sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
