Job Title: International Sales – Paints & Coatings Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Delhi – Openings available in each region Reporting To: Business Head Role & responsibilities : Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented International Sales Professional to expand and manage our business in the Paints & Coatings segment across global markets. The role requires market knowledge, technical acumen in chemicals used for paints and coatings, and a solid background in international market and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new international markets for the paints & coatings segment, especially in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and ensure revenue generation from overseas markets. Monitor and analyze sales trends. Product & Market Expertise: Have a strong understanding of the chemicals used in paints & coatings — such as resins, additives, solvents, pigments, and binders. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and closing of international deals. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with supply chain, production, and regulatory teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance. Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits (travel as required).
