Roles & Responsibilities: Plan daily route and monitor product delivery to ensure dealer activations. Maintain daily records of 30 dealer visits (split between 1st and 2nd half of the day). Perform in a 100% target-oriented environment . Maintain 24x7 communication with Senior/BDM. Assist in appointment of C&F agents and distributors . Achieve a daily order collection target of ₹60,000 . Monitor payment and order collections regularly. No cash collection is to be handled by the Marketing Executive. Track and report on previous collections from dealers. Ensure distributor payment reimbursement before any disbursement. Adhere strictly to the vacancy proforma and reporting structure. A minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory. Salary is disbursed on the 20th of every month. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000/month (against a monthly turnover of ₹15 Lakhs) Travel Allowance (T.A.): ₹6,000/month Performance Bonus: ₹18,000/month (based on achievement) Salary Mode: Off-roll (Third-party payroll) Pay Slip: Will be provided Note: No PF/ESI benefits at the initial stage.
