Location: Mumbai Full-time / Contract Who We Are: Studio Skwer is a leading post-production and color grading studio, known for working with top filmmakers, brands, and creative agencies. As we venture deeper into AI-powered storytelling, our AI team will focus on developing advanced tools for creative workflows, transforming advertising and post-production. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled retouching artist or face manipulation expert to help us match the facial features of one individual to closely resemble a reference image. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-end portrait retouching, facial reshaping, or AI-based face editing tools. Responsibilities: Analyze a reference portrait and adjust the second image to closely match facial structure, proportions, and overall likeness (up to 95% similarity). Maintain realism and natural skin texture — no over-smoothing or obvious artifacts. Preserve lighting, composition, and original photo quality as much as possible. Provide layered PSD or lossless output formats for revisions. (Optional) Use AI-based tools or models if manual matching isn’t viable provided the results remain realistic and high quality. Requirements: Proven experience in portrait retouching, beauty editing, or facial manipulation. Expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Liquify, Dodge & Burn, or equivalent AI tools like FaceFusion, Roop, DeepFaceLab, etc. Strong eye for detail, anatomy, and subtle facial features. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Portfolio showing before-and-after examples of facial edits or similar work. ✅ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued): Knowledge of AI face-swapping tools or deep learning-based manipulation.
