Working at the intersection ofsales, technology, and delivery , you will lead discovery sessions, design compelling solution architectures, oversee winning proposals, and guide Proof of Concepts that convert curiosity into confidence. You will also ensureflawless post-sales technical transition , keeping client trust high and opening doors for account expansion. AssembleDiscovery PODswith complementary skills to ensure complete requirement coverage. Lead structuredrequirement gathering sessionsto capture business, functional, and technical needs. Analyze the client’stechnology landscapeto identify integration points, gaps, and recommendations. Collaborate with architects, solution consultants, and SMEs to designviable solution architectures , estimate costs, and map skill needs. Visualize and proposedelivery team structuresaligned to client demands and project scale.Proposal Development & Deal Advancement Validate proposals fortechnical accuracy, commercial competitiveness , and compliance. Customize solutions for client-specificregulatory constraints, industry needs, and engagement models . Define and documentStatements of Work, scope boundaries, and system design diagramswith GTM Enablement and Sales. Manageproposal negotiation cycles , incorporating feedback and resolving technical queries. Provideexpert responsesin discussions to address objections and demonstrate feasibility.Proof of Concept Execution & Technical Validation Design and leadPoCsto validate solution feasibility. Configure and delivertargeted demosaddressing critical client pain points. Collaborate with CoEs and client tech teams to definesuccess criteriaand track progress. Identify and mitigatetechnical risksduring PoCs. Document PoC results and lessons learned for theKnowledge Hub .Post-Sales Technical Transition & Client Support Lead structuredhandover processesto Customer Success and Delivery, ensuring complete knowledge transfer. Conduct detailedtechnical briefingsfor delivery teams. Serve as theprimary technical liaisonduring onboarding and early engagement stages. Partner withCS and Account Managementto monitor solution health, capture feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.You Will Thrive in This Role If You Are... Strong experience inclient discovery, solution design, and proposal management . Exposure tomultiple engagement models(Managed Services, Staff Augmentation, Fixed Bid, Outcome-based).
