This role is integral to driving day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring process excellence, maximizing productivity, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction and profitability. Role:Unit Operations Head Location:Manipal Hospitals, Baner Pune (MHPB) Department:OperationsWhat You’ll Do: Drive overall hospital operations ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Design and implement process improvement plans to enhance patient inflow and service delivery. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support seamless hospital operations. Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining the highest quality of care. Track and control receivables, reduce PDDs, and minimize disallowances. Drive customer service excellence and patient-centric initiatives to ensure high patient satisfaction. Monitor and improve key operational metrics such as LOS (Length of Stay), billing estimations, and service escalations. Ensure strict adherence to external and internal compliance, including NABH and audit guidelines. Build and develop effective second-line leaders through mentoring and structured training. Handle escalations from patients, corporate clients, or VIPs and ensure timely resolutions.
