Role Summary The Cerner Clairvia Analyst is responsible for optimizing nurse scheduling and staffing operations using the Clairvia platform. The role requires strong collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to ensure effective shift assignments, policy alignment, and integration with EHR systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Cerner Clairvia for: Nurse scheduling Shift assignment Staff optimization Ensure scheduling configurations align with unit workflows and staffing policies . Deliver reporting and analytics on: Utilization metrics Shift coverage patterns Labor cost and efficiency trends Support integration of Clairvia with EHR systems to enable accurate shift handoffs and real-time visibility for clinical staff. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Cerner Clairvia or other nurse staffing systems . Experience working in hospital operations or a healthcare environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing workflows and policy alignment. Skilled in data analysis , generating actionable insights from scheduling and staffing metrics. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
