Job Title:Scrum Master Experience Required:5+ Years Location:Pune (Hybrid) Job Type:Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and certifiedScrum Masterto lead and support agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are followed while facilitating collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement across teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant-leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog Ensure team adherence to Agile processes and monitor key metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve cross-team coordination Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams on sprint progress and delivery timelines Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum5 years of experienceas a Scrum Master in a software development environment Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especiallyScrumandKanban Experience working withAgile project management tools(e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Rally) Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead and influence without direct authority Proven experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ,SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) , or equivalent certification Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) Background in software development or technical project management is a plus Work Arrangement: Hybrid model– Candidate should be open to working from thePune office 2–3 days per weekas per project needs Join us to be a part of an agile-driven, innovation-focused team building impactful solutions!
