Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and engaging Inside Sales Specialist to connect with parents who have shown interest in our programs. Your role will be to guide them through the course details, address their questions, and ensure they take the next step towards booking a free demo session for their child. Responsibilities Handle inbound and follow-up calls from parents who have inquired about our programs. No Cold calls involved. Engage, consult, and guide parents through our course details, pricing, and center locations. Schedule sessions with the operations team or directly secure free demo bookings . Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM. Make multiple follow-up calls throughout the day to maximize conversions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. What we are looking For Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada is an added advantage). Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Willingness to make multiple calls daily in a structured manner. Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Education Counselling preferred but not mandatory.
