Develop and deliver detailed well designs and execution programs (drilling, completion, workover). Collaborate with subsurface, geoscience, HSE, and operations teams to integrate well planning with reservoir objectives. Identify and manage risks related to well design and execution. Prepare AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) and cost estimates; monitor cost control during execution. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Implement best practices and lessons learned to optimize performance and reduce non-productive time. Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company HSE policies. Provide technical support during rig operations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
