The Role: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Provide solutions to business area problems. Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Skills Required: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. Strong understanding of application development methodologies. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of SAP BTP platform capabilities. Experience in configuring and customizing applications on SAP BTP. Qualifications & Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. A 15 years full-time education is required. Location- PAN India
