We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, supporting, and customizing Infor CSI (SyteLine) solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ERP solutions, focusing on development, integration, and support activities. Key Responsibilities: Implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine 8-9, CSI 10) systems Participating in the full ERP lifecycle including implementation, conversion, and rollout Developing and customizing reports, forms, and data views Integrating SyteLine with other systems using APIs and IDO development Supporting system upgrades, support, and enhancements Collaborating with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant with expertise in SyteLine 8-9 and CSI 10 Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience in implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine) Strong understanding of ERP implementation, conversion, and rollout lifecycle Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, C#, Web API Experience in SyteLine development, integration, and customization Proficiency with Data View, Mongoose Reporting, Form customization and development Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Crystal Reports Excellent knowledge of SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers, Functions) and PL SQL Experience with IDO development, Custom Assemblies, and API integration Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively from both technical and functional perspectives A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
