Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in implementing performance improvement plans. Administer compensation and benefits including payroll support, insurance, and leave management. Support training and development by identifying skill gaps and organizing learning programs. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure confidentiality of data. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives like team-building activities and surveys. Advise management on HR best practices and contribute to strategic workforce planning.Ideal Candidate: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can envision successful outcomes. Clear communicator capable of expressing complex ideas and executing them effectively. Enjoys tackling real-world problems and navigating uncharted technical areas.
