We’re seeking a visionary Creative Game Ads Concept Designer who can design ad concepts that spark curiosity, stir emotions, and drive players to hit the “Play” button instantly.Role Overview: Your primary mission will be to craftunique, mind-triggering conceptsfor our game advertisements. You will not just think about visuals, but about psychology—what makes players click, stay, and engage. Your concepts will serve as the blueprint for our production and design teams to bring to life across various channels, including social media, in-game ads, influencer campaigns, and app store creatives.Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze gaming trends, audience psychology, and competitor ads to identify high-impact creative opportunities. Brainstorm and develop original ad concepts that stand out in crowded feeds and app stores. Focus on storytelling, emotional triggers, and unique gameplay hooks to make ads instantly engaging. Collaborate closely with motion designers, graphic artists, video editors, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Ensure ad concepts are aligned with the game’s branding, target audience, and monetization goals. Experiment with unconventional, viral-worthy ideas while maintaining strategic marketing objectives. Create mood boards, concept scripts, and storyboards for each ad idea. Work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines without compromising creativity.Requirements: Proven experience in game advertising, creative strategy, or related roles. Strong understanding of player psychology, engagement triggers, and game monetization funnels. Exceptional storytelling and concept development skills. Ability to translate gameplay mechanics into emotionally compelling ad narratives. Familiarity with current mobile, PC, and console game trends. Excellent communication skills for pitching and presenting ideas.
