We are committed to delivering customized solutions that exceed client expectations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts cum Admin Executive located in Chennai. The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing petty cash, maintaining financial records, using accounting software-tally, handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, the Executive will assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Roles & Responsibilities: Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.Maintain and update employee records, company documents, and legal files.Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee attendance management.Ensure workplace compliance with safety, labor, and legal requirements.Accounts: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily bookkeeping.Handle accounts receivable (invoicing, payment follow-ups) and accounts payable (vendor payments, bills).Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.Calculate and process monthly payroll, deductions, and reimbursements.File GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory returns on time.Support external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or related field.2–4 years of experience in administration and accounts roles.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent).Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Key Skills: Bookkeeping & Financial ReportingVendor & Client CoordinationPayroll ManagementTime Management & MultitaskingAttention to DetailKnowledge of Tax ComplianceWork Environment : office working hours 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday)Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience)QualificationsExperience managing petty cash and using accounting softwareKnowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and filingsAbility to prepare and analyze financial statementsStrong understanding of finance principles and practicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the broadcast or media industry is a plusBachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
