We're on the lookout for a visual storyteller who can do a bit of everything: motion graphics, video editing, and creating magic with AI tools. If you're someone who loves ideating, experimenting with the latest creative tech, and making scroll-stopping content, we want to talk to you. This role is perfect for someone who gets the pulse of the internet, follows visual trends before they go mainstream, and knows how to turn a loose idea into killer content. What You'll Be Doing Edit videos like a pro: reels, content pieces, explainers, mood films, ads… the works. Design smooth AF motion graphics for social, brand films, and pitch decks. Play with AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Haygen, etc.) to create looks, visuals, or quick mockups. Ideate crazy stuff with our writers and art team — from brand campaigns to meme drops. Stay ahead of trends, visual styles, internet culture, design tools, and everything Gen Z is vibing with. Experiment, explore, push buttons (and boundaries). We love people who love playing with new tech. What You Need to Know Solid in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator Comfortable with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or any cool one you’ve discovered Understand how to edit to a beat, pace videos for social, and tell stories visually Experience in content, advertising, or digital storytelling space Bonus if you’ve dabbled in 3D (Blender, Cinema4D) or audio layering and if you know your way around meme culture or niche subreddits You’re Probably Someone Who... Has 1–2 years of work in agencies, content studios, or brand teams Is more curious than cautious — always trying new formats/tools/styles Can take a rough brief and turn it into something visually exciting Loves keeping up with creators, digital art, pop culture, and what’s next Is equally happy jamming with a team or working independently on edits
