Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. This role is critical in driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and HR transformation efforts across the company. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement. Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate business strategy into HR priorities and initiatives. Organizational Design & Development: Support restructuring and change management efforts; lead initiatives to optimize organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities. Workforce Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, monitor HR performance metrics, and assess the impact of HR programs. Talent Strategy: Design and drive strategies for leadership development, succession planning, skills gap analysis, and performance management. Change Management: Champion change initiatives and promote a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support the development and execution of DEI strategies across all levels of the organization. HR Project Management: Lead and manage strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR role. Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategy with business objectives. Proven experience with HR analytics, organizational development, and workforce planning. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change effectively.
