Role Overview We are hiring Ivy League - College Admissions Consultants to mentor high school students targeting Ivy League and Top 50 U.S. universities. This is a remote, part-time position requiring experience in U.S. college admissions advising and exceptional skill in essay editing and narrative strategy. You will work closely with students and families from India to develop individualized admissions strategies, shape extracurricular portfolios, and deliver high-quality, authentic essay feedback. Responsibilities Guide students through the U.S. college admissions process, from profile positioning to application completion Develop and advise on admissions strategy tailored to each student’s goals Edit Common App essays, UC PIQs, and supplemental essays according to school-specific prompts and deadlines Support school list development and application planning Track student progress and maintain internal documentation Stay current with trends in U.S. admissions policies (e.g., test-optional practices, application changes, financial aid updates) Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher from a Top 20 U.S. university/Ivy League (preferred) Minimum 1 years of experience in U.S.-focused college counseling or admissions Proven success guiding students from India and/or the U.S. into Top 50 U.S. universities Strong editing skills for personal statements and supplemental essays
