Overview Of The Role KX is hiring a QA Support Engineer to ensure the quality and stability of our enterprise and AI-driven applications. This is a contract role where you’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate features, identify bugs, and contribute to continuous testing improvements that support real-time AI and financial analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute manual and automated test cases Perform functional, regression, UI, and smoke testing across platforms Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues Contribute to release validation and continuous QA process improvements Skills QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle Automation Tools: Experience with Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with Git, pipelines, and Agile workflows API & UI Testing: Comfortable testing REST APIs and cross-platform interfaces AI/ML Awareness: Exposure to testing models, data-driven systems, or AI platforms Financial Services Domain: Experience validating applications for data integrity, compliance, and performance in BFSI settings Communication: Strong documentation and collaboration skills across QA and engineering Essential Experience 3–6 years of hands-on experience in software QA or testing roles Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC and defect lifecycle Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks Proficiency in writing test cases, logging bugs and preparing QA reports Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Good communication and team collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience testing cloud-native or AI/ML platforms Exposure to Python/JavaScript automation scripting Knowledge of performance, security, or API testing tools Location & Workplace Type Hybrid working model based out of Bangalore Why Choose KX Data Driven: We lead with instinct and follow fact.
