Role OverviewWe are looking for a visionary and hands-onPractice Head – Industry 4.0to lead our Industry 4.0 business for theIndia and UAE regions , based out of our Pune,India headquarters. This role will combinestrategic leadership, solutioning expertise, and customer engagement skillsto drive business growth and successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to shape proposals, architect solutions, oversee project delivery, and expand our partner ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesPractice & Business LeadershipDefine and own theIndustry 4.0 strategyfor Pratiti Technologies, covering IIoT, Data & AI, AR/VR/XR, and Digital Twin. Supportsales teamswith customer acquisition, solution positioning, and proposal development. Build and maintainstrategic partnershipswith key technology providers and OEMs. Represent Pratiti atindustry forums, events, and webinarsas a thought leader. Pre-Sales & SolutioningEngage withCXOs, plant leadership, and building operations headsto understand business priorities. Designend-to-end solutionsintegrating hardware, software, cloud, and analytics. Create compellingbusiness cases and ROI modelsfor clients. LeadPoCs, pilots, and solution demonstrations . Market DevelopmentMonitormarket trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings . Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to influence solution roadmaps. Developvertical-specific offeringsfor target segments in manufacturing and smart infrastructure. Required Skills & Experience15+ yearsin technology services, with at least5 years in Industry 4.0 leadership . Strong exposure toIIoT platforms(e.g., PTC ThingWorx, Azure IoT, AWS IoT). In-depth knowledge ofmanufacturing processes, digital factory solutions, or smart building automation . Hands-on experience inAI/ML analytics, AR/VR/XR applications , andDigital Twin implementations . Provenpre-sales and customer engagementexpertise. Experience ininternational projects , preferably in theUAE/GCC markets . Strong track record inpartner management and ecosystem building .
