Candidates with a background in inside sales, particularly from the ed-tech sector, are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Understand students' educational backgrounds, aspirations, and requirements to recommend appropriate courses or programs.Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various courses, admission processes, fee structures, and career outcomes.Maintain and update CRM systems with student details, feedback, and counselling outcomes.Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and enrolments.Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in inside sales or educational counselling, preferably in an ed-tech company.Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is a must.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into enrolments.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
