Create, Maintain and Optimize our Amazon store/listings (1 brand and currently under 40 SKU's) Updating the brand store page - co-ordinating with the Graphic Designer. Monitor performance and open cases with Amazon support to escalate any issues. Review inventory projections for Amazon platforms based on historical sales patterns. Co-ordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses. Respond to customer questions on Amazon platforms globally. Monitor the Amazon platform to ensure listings are up to date and make corrections when unauthorized changes occur. Manage pricing and monitor the buy box percentage on each item and take specified action as needed to improve the percentage. Monitor account health. Co-ordinate product compliance. Create, Maintain and Optimize Amazon ads. Procure reports on sales performance. Assisting with new account on-boarding paperwork and other sales-related tasks as they ariseRequirements:2+ years experience managing full-time a brand/s on Amazon on seller central. You will be the company expert for Amazon and Channel Management. Exceptional analytical ability, proficient with Amazon software (such as Jungle Scout) Comfortable conveying ideas, actively participating in both internal team and external meetings, and resolving issues on the phone with seller support. Comfortable working on Australian (Sydney) hours Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Outlook, Excel Preferred but not essential. Experience with Asana, Slack, Shopify Strong English language and writing skills Proficient typing skills Amenable to using time tracking software.
