About YouBluebond Tax Planning and its IFA arm are seeking an experienced, UK-qualified Paraplanner. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a paraplanning role within a UK financial services firm. - Strong technical knowledge of UK financial products, tax, and pensions. - Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient. - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; adaptable to new software. - Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills. - Flexible and collaborative team player. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment. - High level of integrity and follow-through. - Passionate about delivering outstanding work. - Willing to contribute broadly within a small, dynamic team. - Looking for personal and professional growth.About UsBluebond Tax Planning is a fee-based Financial Planning firm specialising in inheritance tax advice. Despite recent global challenges, Bluebond has continued to grow and thrive.About the JobKey responsibilities include:- Conducting technical research and preparing detailed suitability reports. - Collaborating with advisers to develop tailored client solutions. - Ensuring compliance with FCA standards. - Supporting case preparation and ongoing advice delivery.About the ContractThis is a full-time remote role (35 hours/week, Monday–Friday). Includes a 1-hour daily lunch break.- 20 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year (up to 25 days). - UK bank holidays plus 2–3 additional paid days off over Christmas (subject to discretion).We support flexible work arrangements and offer competitive salaries.
