We’re building India’s largest Web3 movement — and we need someone who can close deals, build powerful relationships, and drive growth across our flagship events: Metamorphosis and the India Blockchain Tour. What You’ll Own: • Secure sponsorships, partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations for IBT and MM • Build and manage relationships with crypto exchanges, Web3 projects, VCs, government bodies, and communities • Pitch event IPs to CXOs, marketing heads, and ecosystem leads • Work closely with the founder to shape GTM strategy, pricing, decks, and custom proposals • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets • Represent Octaloop at online and offline events, both in India and internationally What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years in BD, partnerships, or event sponsorship sales (Web3 preferred) • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken • Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term relationships • Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem – exchanges, infra projects, DAOs, L1s, VCs • Self-starter mindset – we move fast, you should too • Bonus: experience in B2B sales, event IPs, or crypto-native roles Got what it takes?
