The representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include assisting customers through various communication channels, maintaining customer records, escalating complex inquiries to relevant departments, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience with international customer service is a plus Only Customer Support.
