Candidate should have 12 - 20 years of total experience in Business Analysis / Business Consulting / Product Management role. Preferably has previous experience in Air Cargo Domain or related areas such as supply chain management Should be able to document, review and suggest improvements to product requirements or business use case document, system specification documents Hands on experience in R&D design, business case development and budgeting Has direct client site exposure on fit and gap, road map discussions and implementation. Hands on experience in product implementation such as conducting customer fit and gap workshops, product configuration and product rollout activities Preferably has experience in customer account management from business perspective Participation in opportunity analysis by creating analytical collaterals for decision making Participate in pre-sales activities like lead generation, proposal creation, marketing collateral creation, client presentations, demos Lead business process flows analysis and operational procedures related to the business domain Experience in reviewing Test Cases, support Acceptance Testing phases, conduct Train the Trainer phases, support End User Training sessions Has primary experience with application go-live hand holding post go live for large/mission critical applications Should have owned and participated in the complete life cycle for more than one product development / implementation activity and / or handling sales presentations/demo/product roadmap discussions. Expertise in agile requirements management processes including but not limited to maintaining product backlogs, developing and maintaining user stories, sprint grooming / product envisioning, sprint planning and overall sprint team activities Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Understanding of techniques involved in deriving requirement prioritization, managing conflicting requirements, change management challenges and MVP (minimum viable product) approach to deal with large / complex requirements Updated about the emerging trends and technological advancements in the industry, domain. Participate as product expert in customer engagements. Knowledge on business process and customer challenges in specific business areas. Proven ability to act as a consultant to customers to influence their business processes. Should have very good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with multiple teams like project management, testing team, base product, customer IT, customer vendors and customer business. Have adequate awareness on Overall Sales & Delivery Process including Business Finance. Has good exposure on tools and methods including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, MPP, XML standards, SQL Developer. Willingness to work from offshore or onsite locations as the situation demands Should have demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement including company senior management, customers, partners etc. Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering product related marketing artefacts such as white papers, blogs, webinars etc. Should have experience in leading high performance teams – particularly in product feature development roles Experience in working with cross cultural and cross discipline teams – such as sales, development, account managers, Ux designers and so on Good to have Industry standard certifications, attended Industry Forums, paper presentation will be an added advantage
