Position:  Junior Graphic Designer Location:  Barakhadee,Pune (JM Road) Type:  Full-time, Immediate Joining About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer  to join our design team, working primarily on retail fashion  and FMCG  brands. The role involves creating engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms, with a focus on brand consistency and high aesthetic value. Key Responsibilities: Design social media creatives, ads, and digital banners. Create retail collaterals like posters, standees, danglers, packaging, and POSM. Adapt brand guidelines across campaigns for fashion and FMCG clients. Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and execute ideas. Creative vision to work on visual language and mood boards according to campaigns Deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining quality. Requirements: 0–1 year of experience in graphic design (internship/freelance work accepted). BFA/MFA or any design degree a MUST Proficiency in Adobe Suite and basic knowledge of InDesign,Figma/Adobe XD Strong sense of typography, layout, and color. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Availability to join immediately. Bonus Skills: Basic motion graphics/video editing. Photography and styling interest.
