Barakhadee is looking for an Account Executive who can think ideas, talk ideas, and get those ideas executed without missing a beat. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team — making sure deadlines, briefs, and creatives all align. What you’ll be doing Own the brief: Take clear, detailed client briefs and turn them into actionable tasks for the team. Content ideation: Work with our creatives to develop campaign ideas, scripts, social media content, and other brand communication. Client servicing: Maintain smooth, professional, and prompt communication with clients. Present ideas, gather feedback, and manage expectations. Execution follow-through: Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Feedback management: Filter, translate, and channel feedback between clients and the creative team. We’re looking for someone who Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (or equivalent in a relevant field). Has 1–2 years of agency/client servicing experience (preferably with content-driven brands). Can think creatively and also keep an eye on the operational details. Is comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines without losing cool. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
