Job Purpose: Responsible for demand generation from assigned customers and region Be the face & primary point of contact for the customer Implement plans and strategies with the support of the Manager Strict adherence to organisation policy w.r.t reporting, ethics, training etc. Major Accountabilities: Responsible for demand generation of all Aurolab surgical products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This will be done through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, and showing good knowledge of procedure and product. Responsible for meeting the growth targets as assigned by the organisation Implementing the sales process completely without deviation Liase with dealers to ensure a smooth supply chain and correct data entry for his region Implementation of product strategies/activities without any deviation to ensure desired results Collect competitor information and happenings, and pass it on to the Area Manager Collect PMS forms to meet regulatory requirements Maintain a call average of 6 per day and have at least 10 OR visits with specific objectives in a month Maintain a doctor call list and update the customer database at regular intervals Maintain the customer 360 file to ensure target focus, performance, and achievements Be always presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organisation Ensure being updated with technical knowledge Ethical promotion and strict adherence to the culture of the organisation is of prime importance Any commitment to a customer can be given only with approval from the line manager. Submission of monthly tour/coverage plan, daily call report (DCR) daily using the software provided is mandatory. Similarly, submission of expenses as per the policy should be adhered to. The tour plan should be submitted on the 25th of every month for the subsequent month. Any other official work as may be assigned by the manager or management. Eligibility: Education: B.Optometry / B.Pharm 2024-25 passed out. Experience: 0-1 Year in Surgical Sales.
