Location: Bavdhan, Pune (Work from Office + Field Visits) Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Unity Instructor to deliver the XRAI Certification Course , approved by School Council of YCMOU (Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University) . The instructor will train students in XR (AR/VR/MR) and AI concepts using Unity , both in-person (at colleges/corporates) and remotely (online support) . Pre-Requisite - Proficiency in Marathi Language Key Responsibilities: Course Delivery Conduct engaging sessions on: Unity Basics (Environment, Scripting, Physics) AR Development (AR Foundation, Vuforia) VR Development (Unity XR Toolkit) MR & AI Integration (MRTK, ML Agents, WebXR) Deliver workshops and lectures in partner colleges or corporates as needed. Student Mentorship & Support Solve student queries via online platform (chat/forums/email). Guide learners on capstone projects and assignment reviews . Host doubt-solving sessions , revision classes, and project reviews. Content Improvement & Feedback Provide feedback to improve curriculum and course content. Help in designing new projects and interactive learning tasks. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Game Development or equivalent. Proficiency in Unity 3D and C# scripting (mandatory). Strong understanding of XR platforms (AR/VR/MR). Experience with Unity XR Toolkit , AR Foundation , and Vuforia . Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, ML Agents , or procedural generation is a plus. Experience teaching or mentoring students preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Mode: Hybrid : Office-based + College/Corporate Visits Willingness to travel for offline sessions/workshops Remote availability to support online learners Compensation: Salary based on experience (Fixed+Incentives) Travel allowances for field sessions Recognition and certification from FireBirdVR.
